The Analytical Proteomics Lab (APL) is a part of the Molecular Structures Group (MSG) at KU. APL was created in association with the Mass Spectrometry and Biochemical Research Service Laboratories to provide the KU research community with expertise in protein identification, analysis of protein primary structure and post-translational modifications by means of the most comprehensive technologies for proteomics, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics.
